What this site is

This page describes the web development and custom software services of Junu Studio. Quotes are sent over WhatsApp; the written proposal is the binding document.

Proposals

Every project starts with a written proposal that sets scope, price and dates.

Anything outside that scope is quoted separately before we do it.

Payment

Payment terms (deposit, balance and methods) are those stated in each proposal.

Intellectual property

The client owns their content (copy, photos, brand) and the delivered site once it is paid for.

We only mention a project as a reference with your written permission.

Third-party services

Domains, hosting, payment providers and external tools have their own terms and fees. The client signs up for them in their own name unless the proposal says otherwise.

Liability

We deliver what the proposal says.

We are not responsible for content the client provides or for failures of third-party services outside our control.

Applicable law

These terms are governed by the laws of Venezuela. For clients in the United States the proposal may set a different jurisdiction.
